Changing your mind
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging where applicable. Please provide your order number or other appropriate proof of purchase.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay the return-delivery cost unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Food products
Opened food products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights concerning goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or misdescribed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Contact info@azeouae.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where reasonably appropriate.
After verifying the issue, AZEO may provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights. AZEO will bear or arrange appropriate return delivery for goods verified as damaged, defective or incorrect.
Cancelling an order
An order may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation remains possible. Self-service cancellation is available in certain unpaid order states. If that option is unavailable, contact info@azeouae.com for assistance.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available; the applicable return rules then apply.
Refunds and exchanges
Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method where applicable. Where goods need to be returned, a refund is initiated after they are received and the return is approved. The time for funds to appear can depend on the applicable payment provider.
