AZEO is operated by Azeo Group Sharjah FZC, Sharjah, UAE. This policy applies to the AZEO website at azeouae.com.
Information we handle
- Accounts: name, email address, hashed password and authentication information.
- Profile and address book: name, email address, optional phone number, recipient information and saved UAE billing or delivery addresses.
- Cart, checkout and orders: cart selections and a guest cart identifier; customer name, email and optional phone number; billing and delivery addresses; optional order notes; coupon information; purchased items, prices, totals and order history.
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type and message.
- Affiliate applications: full name, account email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, primary promotional channel, optional website or social profile, optional audience size, promotional strategy and dated terms acceptance. These details support manual review and account management; we do not collect bank details at registration.
- Password recovery: email address and reset or authentication information.
How we use information
We use this information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, operate carts, calculate checkout and delivery, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, send order communications, provide customer support, respond to enquiries and provide password recovery. We may also use it to protect the website, prevent or detect misuse or fraud, and meet applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution obligations.
Service messages and marketing
AZEO does not send promotional or marketing emails at launch. We may send transactional or necessary service communications concerning orders, accounts and security, password recovery, customer enquiries and the services you use.
Service providers
Where applicable and reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide an order or service, personal information may be shared with relevant payment, delivery, hosting, technical, email or other service providers. The providers involved depend on the services in use.
Browser storage
The storefront uses browser storage to keep account sign-in, cart and order-access information available for the relevant website functions. The website may also use session mechanisms needed to operate its services. Browser settings may let you clear stored information, although doing so can interrupt sign-in, cart or order access.
If you allow referral tracking, we store a first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days from your latest valid affiliate link. We record the affiliate, click time and expiry, and link eligible orders to that referral. Referral click records do not contain your name, email, IP address, device fingerprint or browsing history. Invalid links and self-referrals are excluded. You can turn off referral tracking in the storefront footer; this clears the referral cookie and stops future attribution. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. A separate first-party cookie remembers your choice for 30 days.
How long information is kept
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is used and to satisfy applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution requirements.
Your privacy requests
You may contact us about access to or correction of your information, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection where applicable, and other rights available under applicable data-protection law. These requests may be subject to legal requirements and exceptions.
